Wedding Ceremonies

Our serene and private outdoor covered patio overlooking beautiful Hidden Valley Lake can accommodate approximately 115 seated guests with additional seating or standing room available either indoors or outside the covered area.


Cost includes:    Set up and break down of event as well as consultation with our wedding coordinator regarding decorations and set up to your specifications, arbor with white silk flowers, alter, white bows on aisle chairs, white sheers on pillars of patio, live ferns/greenery when in season, and dressing room for bridal party. 

 Cost:  $600

 * Receive $50 discount off your ceremony fee for booking your rehearsal dinner at Willie’s too!

 All contact for the banquet hall must be done in writing (via email) for the best protection for both parties.   Allow at least 24 hours for a response.  In case of emergency, you may contact the store at 812-537-0512


Reception Package


All Inclusive Package: 

  • 4 hour rental of banquet facility and outdoor patio
  • Round tables with black, white or ivory floor length linens (each round table seats 8-10 guests)
  • Place settings for each guest
  • Head table with skirted linens
  • White Chair Covers
  • Cake table, buffet table, and gift table with skirted linens (additional tables available upon request for DJ set up, guest book, etc.)
  • Choice of centerpiece(s): each includes mirrors, votive candle holders with candles, and silk flowers
  • Consultation with wedding coordinator regarding decorations and set up to your specifications
  • Dance floor
  • I Pod hook up capability with speaker system
  • Wireless microphone
  • DVD player/projector


1 – 9 Tables - $550
10 - 15 Tables - $700
16 Tables and up - $850



Available Substitutions and Upgrades: 

  • Chair Bow $1.50 per chair
  • Cloth Napkins $100
  • Table Runner $5 per table
  • Fresh Flowers (Seasonal cost of flower)
  • Chocolate Fountain $200 (4 choices of food items for dipping)
  • Cake Cutting Service (includes paper plates, napkins, & plastic utensils:
    100 guests and under - $25
    101 guests and up - $50
  • Additional Rental Time $50 per each additional hour
